excellent technology Review by yemadscientist
Value Quality Price The size of the unit makes it easy for car installation. The front mounted speaker is loud and clear. The easy to read LCD display gives the appearance of a "very " high quality tranciever. The 80 channel scan makes it easy to find local radio operators on the air. The 60 channel programmable scanner is a must have for rural areas where the locals need to listen to SES or CFA transmissions regarding natural disasters. The UHF088 is one of my favourite radios ! 10 out of 10 ! (Posted on 8/11/11)
