Oricom International Pty Ltd “Online Web shop” Terms and Conditions of Sale
In these Terms and Conditions of sale "Oricom", “we” and "us" mean Oricom International Pty Ltd (ABN 46086116369) located at, unit 1, 4 Sovereign Place, South Windsor Australia, NSW 2756, and "you" means you our valued consumer.
These Terms and Conditions of sale together with your order placed on our website constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products ordered from our online web shop. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing. Previous dealing shall not vary or negate these terms and conditions in any respect.
You must be eighteen (18) years or older to place orders with oricom. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Oricom suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Oricom.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of New South Wales.
Placing your online order on our website
Please be aware that oricom will only accept orders on this website for shipping within Australia. Furthermore only a limited number of oricom products are available for sale on our online web shop, these items are clearly indicated.
You may place an order by completing the order form on our oricom Web Site and clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and order number via email. We do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures. We reserve the right to cancel your orders at our sole discretion.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send your Tax Invoice by email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
You may not alter, change delivery address, or cancel an order without our prior written consent. Any approved order alteration and cancellations may be subjected to a service/restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price or AUD29 whichever is higher. Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once goods have been despatched from our warehouse.
Prices shipping costs and GST
- All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- We reserve the right to change the prices for products or remove them from sale at any time.
- Prices shown for products exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated and shown separately during the checkout process. The calculation of shipping costs is based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.
Payment methods and processing
Oricom accepts payments only by Visa or master credit cards issued by Australian banks.
We process your payments after you click the "PLACE ORDER" button. Note that payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details
When purchasing from oricom on this website your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Oricom will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
Tax Invoice for your order
When your order has been accepted by us and dispatched, we will email you a Tax Invoice to confirm shipment of your order and supply the package tracking number. Please keep your Tax Invoice in a safe place as this document proves the commencement of your warranty period. If your purchase requires warranty service within the warranty period, you will be asked to produce the Tax Invoice when returning the product under warranty for repair.
Delivery and shipping of your order
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your order confirmation.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, the carrier, Australia Post (eParcel service) will leave a card. You can then collect your order from your local Post Office. If we elect to deliver by a courier service and no one is available to take delivery, the driver will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Shipment of your order will normally take place within 2 working days receipt of your order. Delivery of your order will take 2-7 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location in Australia.
Oricom will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order within this period; however, due to circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receipt by email of our Tax invoice, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Risk and Title of goods
Oricom is deemed to have delivered your order when the order is accepted at the delivery point nominated by you. Any claim for shortage in supply or damage to the goods must be notified to Oricom by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods; claims after this period will not be recognised.
Title and risk of loss to your order will pass to you upon delivery.
Please choose products carefully as we are not obligated do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Oricom makes no representation that the products displayed in this website are appropriate or legal for use outside of Australia.
How to arrange returns of faulty products under waranty
If you feel your product is not working correctly please call Oricom customer support
on: - 1300 889 785 or email us at email@example.com our team will if required provide you with a Return Authority (RA) Number.

Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition. Oricom reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.
No Oricom employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.
Oricom shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Oricom, and Oricom shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
